Booking Terms for Magical Parties

1. Booking & Payments
A £80 refundable damage deposit is required to secure your booking.
Dates are not held without payment of the damage deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days before the event date.
If full payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. Damage Deposit
The £80 deposit is refundable after collection only if:
Equipment is returned clean
No damage has occurred
All balls are returned to the ball pit
All rules have been followed
The deposit will not be refunded if:
Equipment is misused
Prohibited items are used
Excessive cleaning is required
Damage occurs
Cleaning fee: £50
Damaged tiles or equipment: charged at full replacement cost.

3. Equipment Rules
The following are not permitted:
Shoes or heels on mats
Face paint
Food or drink
Slime
Glitter
Confetti
Pets
Failure to follow these rules will result in loss of deposit and additional charges if required.

4. Setup & Access
Clear access must be provided.
Setup area must be fully cleared before arrival.
No children or guests in the setup area during installation or collection.
Setup time: up to 35 minutes for bouncy castles, up to 2 hours for larger packages.
Collection times must be respected. Delays may result in additional charges.

5. Outdoor Hires
Outdoor setups are permitted on flat grass only.
We reserve the right to refuse setup in unsafe weather conditions including strong winds or heavy rain.
Safety decisions are final.

6. Cancellations
Deposits are transferable to a new date if notice is given at least 7 days before the event (subject to availability).
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in full balance being due.
