Effortless Booking, Premium Service

ACCESS REQUIREMENT
When ordering packages, we need to ensure adequate access and parking is available at your venue. Refunds will not be offered if we cannot fit your items into the venue. Please note the following requirements.

We suggest sending us a video of the route have to take to install the equipment if you are in any doubt. We can then make you aware of any areas of concern which may need to be measured ahead of confirming your booking. We will also require adequate parking for a van. Equipment is heavy and we cannot park offsite.
FACE PAINT
Face paint can damage softplay equipment beyond repair, and we therefore request no face paint on any equipment.If equipment is damaged we will need to recover costs.
RAIN
Our softplay cannot get wet. If water gets into the foam, mould can grow and our equipment is ruined therefore we only set up in dry conditions. If you are arranging for an outdoor set up, we suggest an indoor backup. If you don't have an indoor backup you can reschedule your booking but a refund will not be provided due to weather conditions. If there is a 40% chance or higher of rain in your location on the day of your booking, we will not be able to set up the equipment. Equally equipment cannot be set up on wet grass/mud if it has rained.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Upon completion of our booking form and agreement of our terms and conditions an invoice will be sent via email. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and reserve your requested date which will require payment within 24 hours. After this time the date will be released.

2) In the event that you should need to cancel your booking, your deposit is transferrable to another date providing that 14 days notice is provided. Date changes are subject to availability. Should less than 14 days notice be given, your deposit is forfeited.

3) Any remaining balance is due 2 days before the confirmed booking date. Payment can be made via transfer to the bank details provided on your invoice.

4) If we cancels the booking, all monies will be refunded.

5) It is the hirer’s responsibility to check and confirm the site measurements for your required package along with access and parking. If sufficient space/access in not available it may result in CTB being unable to install and set up the equipment. In this instance, no refunds will be issued. When ordering you will be provided with the space /access requirements and we suggest if unsure that you provide us with a video of the route and we can discuss any areas of concern.

6) Equipment can only be installed on the ground floor. If there are any steps, restrictions or low ceilings or sharp bends etc. along the access route, we must be informed before our arrival to confirm if set up is possible. Parking must be available onsite for a Big Van.

7) The area where equipment is to be installed must be free from obstructions, debris and dog foul for outdoor settings.

8)Set up will take between an hour to an hour and a half, you will need to ensure that access within a venue allows for this time along with an hour to dismantle after your booking. CTB will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred from the venue relating to these times.
We will endeavour to deliver on time but CTB will not be held responsible for delay incurred due to circumstances beyond our control e.g. weather, traffic. We will always keep you informed of any delays.

9) Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Falkrik area. Beyond this distance a fee will be calculated based on mileage and staff requirements for your package. This fee will be advised before going ahead with the order.

10) Once set up, equipment must not be moved outside of the play area other than by CTB staff to ensure safety regulations are met.

11) Equipment has an age limit of 5 years and should be kept in clean condition. No food, drink, sharp objects, glitter, face-paint, slime, silly string or party poppers can be used on the equipment. Children should not climb on top of the Bouncy castle. Shoes must be removed and, for hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times. Should damage be caused by these terms not being adhered to, we will seek compensation from the hirer to cover repairs/cleaning.

12) A responsible adult must supervise children at all times. CTB takes no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst in use. Persons using equipment do so at their own risk. Particular care should be taken when mixing age groups on the equipment at the same time to avoid injuries.
